ABC Permit applications should be submitted electronically via TAP

The following paper forms are for informational purposes only to assist you in gathering the required documentation that will be needed to submit your application electronically via TAP. 

***Starting on July 1, 2024 all new ABC Permit Applications will need to submit the ABC Permit City/County Zoning Compliance Form. This form requires that applicants confirm with the city (or county if outside city limits) that the applicant meets all local zoning requirements.
